No response from accounts

I've been trying for more than a year now to come to some sort of settlement on my outstanding account with no feedback from ADT. Seems that when they blacklist you they want to keep it that way to get you back somehow. Its a fact that I was not informed properly when I signed the contract as I was told that I can cancel anytime with a months notice. Fair enough its up to me to read the fine print. For that reason I'm willing to come to some sort of settlement.
