Poor Customer Service for such a small request

I have phoned. I have emailed. I have waited. I have been told that someone will be in contact. I have waited. I have phoned again. I have emailed again. ALL I WANT IS 2 SIGNS. Mine, ironically got off the wall. I could have built a house in the time I have waited. Why don't you respond when this is advertising for you as well?
