We have logged a service call with adt to fix our alarm, the keep changing the appointment to suit them, and not to suite us as their customer, i have asked twice to speak to a technical manager, they are always in a meeting and dont even come back to you, the service from ADT technical serives is pathetic. We have been trying to sort this out since 08/03/2013, up till today, no one came back to me.
