I had the unfortunate luck of having to call through to your call centre twice in the last 2 weeks. the first was for a life threatening case where our neighbours had gone away and we heard someone climbing over the wall to their premises and heard them bashing things around in their yard. after 4 phone calls and 57 minutes one of your guards showed up. the second incident happened on Saturday, where our alarm went off for over half an hour before someone called us to tell us there was an activation. when telling them we needed help, no one could help me. I am utterly disgusted with the service I have received. Chubb security had their people patrolling our streets with offers for new alarm systems and due to the lack of interest of ADT I am seriously considering it.
