We have been with Chubb for over 10 years.
Last week Monday, we called to book a service as we have issues with our beams going off. Promised a Thu call out, but no one arrived. Called again Fri morning, promised a call out by 1pm, no one arrived. Called AGAIN and were promised a call back, its Monday and still no one has called. We went away for the weekend and had to leave our alarm off meaning a premium increase from our insurance. Please tell me why I should not cancel my Chubb membership??? DISGUSTED
