Please beware of Paul from Teragato Construction.
On his website [URL Removed] it states that he is NHBRC approved.
However when you call NHBRC, he is not on their roll.
He comes across as professional just to get the job.
His quotations are good just so that he gets the job.
However once he gets the job, his service is shocking.
He does not project manage his guys. He just provides a service of dropping them off and picking them up.
He does not manage his suppliers and it becomes the customers issue.
He asks for payment and just about when he has 80% of your money, he tells you that the job is going to cost much more than he originally quoted.
He quoted me R 20K more than his original quote.
So the customer has the dilemma of unfinished building and having to find more money to finish the job.
Paul is a - he takes peoples money and does not deliver on what he promises as per the signed quotation. And he is NOT approved by the NHBRC.
Save yourself the trouble and do not let him do any work for you!
He will breach his contract and ask for more money.
