I'm very off, I know this is not the first time I'm complaining about the BAD SERVICE received from your company.
I have spoken to the following people of which nothing has happened to date, this going back to the 27/11/2013 and also triggered by the email received from your side. If I didn't do anything upon receiving the email, this would have been different.

I phoned because I received an email from your side to say you can't locate or are not getting the position of my car. All of the above promised to get someone/somebody to call me regarding the upgrade of the unit, as it was established over the phone that the reason for this was a need for an upgrade. I was phoned by someone from Ontdekkers who could not further assist me, who also told me that she was logging a further call for me.
I kept on making a follow up every day, twice a day as the safety of my car is important moreover, I am paying for these services. Michelle even gave me the new amount I would be paying after the new unit or upgraded unit. I am very disappointed as this stinking service I re
