Security came, after pushed by woman&verbally attacked by her&her mother. Shop attendant asked number, said it's off. She tried 2 flee&refused security office. I followed her 40min. She entered toilets 2 move phone, couldn't stay, she was leaving. Asked security 2 stop her &check toilet, ignored me&allowed her 2 go. I told cleaner "check bin"&left with her. She whispering 2 security (2 bribe him) finally, went 2 control office, shouting, she's not a. I asked "can I give my side"(no one asked me) she said "hou jou bek"&punched me in stomach. Security did nothing. Thought 2 lay charge of assault&.At office, her&her mother abusive, she went into "search room"SHE shut me out.2min later she left. Found nothing. I wasn't asked what phone I had, her ID wasn't taken, mother wasn't searched, &she was escorted to her car by same security she whispered to.
