I have bee tyingfor well over a year to get this sorted, ADT installed a system into my house in Dec 2011, it workedfor about 2 months then the trouble started. the system was erratic and never worked as intended/promised... i logged numerouse call and technicians ame out multiple times and each time the diagnosis was different. i then advised them via mails and calls that the this was not workng and i wanted to cancel back and forth forever and i ultimatly took the system out and told the, to collect (never hhappened)) i now receive letters and calls from ITB their collection company stating i MUST R7000 oor be handed over? &k for what? a srvice ive never had1!! i will be lodging this with the consumer authority...
