Last year I joined Tracker through Budget insurance, earlier this year I changed to Mutual and Federal and called Tracker to advise accordingly asking whether there was a similar special through M&F. At the time I was advised I would Pay R115 per vehicle per month, which I thought nothing of even though the vehicles have a different level of security/tracking device installed. Soon I was billed and debited incorrectly, when I queried same I was advised that the billed amount was the correct amount, they listened to the calls and admitted that they had informed me incorrectly and agreed to honor the R115 per month they quoted. Now I receive an email saying they "without prejudice or admitting to any liability whatsoever; we are prepared to reimburse you the difference in subscriptions paid for the last x2 months as gesture of goodwill. Going forward the price per vehicle will be R179 each due the discount received via your insurer. NB: The direct rate for the said units are R270 each." and will no longer honor our agreement of R115 per month.
