Please classify my report. We contacted Sky Connect for Dstv Installation last Easter saturday. They Confirmed for us an appointment for 12noon. We therefore put on hold all other things and withdrew the exact amount to pay them as per quote. At 11:50 we got a Call from Greg that he was running late because the Job had been extended and he asked for a 30mins delay, 30mins later Greg called us again to move the appointment to 1:30 we agreed. To be honest with you I was so when the 1:30 appointment elapsed without any1 foning. We were ready to call the whole thing of when Greg arrive @ 14.30 very apologetic and all. We were obviously not amused. Our Job was a rather simple and straight forward and in no time Greg was almost finished, but that was before we started to add more things for him. We realised we needed an extra point to all the bedrooms and that ate into the next appointment`s time and Greg kept calling the customer to push the appointment forward. That is when I understood why he was late the first time. All I am trying to say is I now understand why they are late @ times, lets give them an opportunity to explain before we jump into conclusion of unproffessionalism
