Tracker is being Dishonest and Poor service

I reported to Tracker back in Jan 2013 that I was buying a new car and that I need the device to be deinstalled from the old vehicle to the new one, little did I know just that process would take over 3 months keeping in mind I was still being billed for a vehicle that I didnt own anymore. Aftr my 3rd call they realized they have been giving me the run around and finally organized for the new tracker to be installed in my new vehicle at NO extra cost. next thing R699 is being debited off my acount instead of R199. When I enquire about it its for the reinstallation that they requested that I did not have to pay for. Now its a mission to reimburse me as they need to listen to the calls. I must say I sincerely regret doing business with such an incompetent dishonest company.
