BdAttitude&Damage my car key holder beyond repairs

5Nov i have an appointment with discovery insurance to send Monre Honiball from Ctrack to install DQ Track Official appointment was @15h30to16h00 but he arrived 1 hour and 30 Min earlier & he phoned me demanding to come home in order for him to install the track or if i did not come he will leave&over the phone he convey his message in a very rude and bad attitude with poor communication skills and insulting manner. i explained myself to Mr Honiball that my appointment is @15h30not14h30 but he refused to listen to me until i engaged his manager and he promise he willsortout with him&he will apologies to me.whenwe arrived at home he was at my gate and he did not even bother to greet us or apologies to us as promised by his managerwhen he furnished work on my car he hand over my car keys without even exaplained what needed to happen after installation. Yesterday iwas forced to call discovery insurance for further assistance. when he handover my keys a key holder fell down to the ground when i notice it was broken into 2 pieces when i enquired to him what happen he denied damagingmy keyholder and ireported the matter to the manager&promise to replaces followday butuntil now notsorted
