Poor service!!!

I am desperately wanting a lock box installed outside my property so ADT has access to my property at all times. I phoned about a week ago and was told that someone would phone me back, they never did. I phoned today and placed a order without a clear explanation of what I was ordering from the sales person. I then received a call from someone who asked if I was home. I confirmed I was and tried to make sure that what I was ordering was what I expected. He told me the general manager would get in touch with me. I am still waiting! As this is a security request I would expect speedy and efficient service as ADT should have, as their top priority, their customers security in mind.
