BADDDDD, VERY BADDD AFTER SALE SERVICE

I HAVE INSTALLED A SYSTEM THAT IS SUPPOSEDLY DESIGNED TO SAVE YOU MONEY ON YOUR ELECTRICAL BILL... (NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS SYSTEM WAS CHARGED AT OVER R15 000 ONCE OF PAYMENT.)BUT THE SYSTEM ONLY WORKED FOR - A MONTH AND NEVER AGAIN THERE AFTER. AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO THE "CEO" OF THE COMPANY, DURING WHICH I WAS CONTINUALLY TOLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME ON THE MATTER OF SERVICING THE SYSTEM, BUT THAT I HAD TO SENT EMAILS TO EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM IS SO THAT THEY COULD KNOW WHAT TO BRING WITH FOR SERVICING (ASIFF I AS A CLIENT COULD TELL WERE THE PROBLEM WAS.) NO ONE CAME BACK TO ME AND ON TRIENG AGAIN, AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN TO PHONE THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON AND LEAVING NUMEROUS VOICE MAILS, I WAS JUST IGNORED, NO ANSWER... THIS COMPANY SUPPOSEDLY WANT TO DO BUSINESS BUT THEY IGNORE ALL PHONE CALLS TO THE COMPANY'S NUMBER? FISHY IF YOU ASK ME. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE SYSTEM IS STILL NOT WORKING, AND I STILL DIDN'T'T RECEIVE ANY HELP.
