No response to my alarm at all!!!

Got an alarm sms on my phone at 4:08pm while i was on my way home from work... just got home now at 4:52pm and still no ADT guard has pitched at my home... it is raining yes but still no excuse to take more than 40 minutes to respond... and in fact still not guard.

regulations states 15 min max!! very disappointed... if they broke into my house right now they could have carried all my possessions away!!

Please tell me why I should accept this??!!! I dont think they guard will even pitch up!
