This company is most irritating to deal with, with so many people to blame its not funny. On any request that just have there are delays that you will only know of if your follow up & nag to get an answer.
I requested a change over of units from 2 of my vehicles that I replaced more than a week before month end & nothing was done till after the new month started. & then they still not appearing on the website. I just wonder if all the fleet owners know that if their vehicles are tracked or not.
Very strongly DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.
