I would like to find out if I as an NFB customer is liable for debit orders that are processed on the days in which were not arranged for.
For instance I have an arrangement with Multi-Choice to have a debit order processed on the 3rd of each my for my DSTV subscription and this Month the debit order was processed On the 4th of the Month and that I believe has resulted in my account being penalized a Fee of R57 as an incident fee.
Please also advice on what interest rate is based on this calculation as I believe that the account was only trailing with an amount of - R12 as a deficit. When I received the sms for the transaction it did not state that there is a deficit balance in my account.
