I sent a Centurion D5 EVO in for damaged gears and under warranty in NOVEMBER 2012. 2 months passed and still no call from Regul about the motor. So I started calling them and they could not give me any real answers as to what was going on with the motor or repair status. Since January 2013 I travelled aprox 70km return trip every 2 weeks from my bussiness to find out what was going on with the repairs as I was promised everytime the gate motor will be by them repaired the following week, but each time I get there its a different story and excuse!!! It has now been 5 months and still no reply out of them. Every time I call them they tell me that they will follow up, but I have never recieved 1 single call from them. This is pethetic service!!!
