I wrote a report last week re ADT billing chaos, some genius acknowledged my report and posted this:
We take note of your comments and thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We are sorry to hear about your experience and will be investigating this matter with immediate effect.
We will then revert to you with feedback
A week later my query has not been resolved, a clear indication of disdain and arrogance with which ADT treats customers. I want to warn anyone within the sound of my voice to consider this before joining ADT.. One day u may have a query such as mine and 9 out of ten times you will be met by this arrogance, ADT will not even listen to your claim.. This together with many other reports make a compelling case for staying away from these people.
