Atrocious service

I have received absolutely shocking service from ADT. I have complained about my panic remotes that did not work since June this year and have not received an adequate explanation. The service technicians believe that they are doing me a service by not pitching for an appointment and having the audacity to tell me when to be at my home. I have requested a call from the executive but most of the people i have spoken to cannot even give me his name.
