Since late last year when I tried to cancel my tracker contract, I had to deal with SMS's and phone calls from both their Lawyer companies and Tracker them selves. The necessary payments they requested was made to cancel the contract. They still try to debit my account (Unauthorised, authorisation was cancelled in writing 0n 22-03-2013) up until to today. However they have sent me a sms's confirming that I don't owe them monies and that the account is closed (this was done on 26-03-2013). Until today there is no resolution to the problem. There is definitely no communication between their departments and this is a real concern. If they cannot even get there admin in place how on earth will they deal with what they claim to be?
