I m utterly disgusted by your level of service... If I struggle for weeks to get your mistake fixed " a piece of paper" what is going to happen if my car get or hijacked. I am sure will not be able to trace it .i just want to mention that should anything happen to my windscreen while trying to sort your mess - your technician and company will be liable to fix it as my insurance company has wrong information in their records.
