On Monday 14 October, ADT were QUICK to respond on this website that they would look into the matter and have it "seen to" as soon as possible. Today is already WEDNESDAY the 16th of October and almost close of day, and STILL nobody has even bothered to get back to us. Can whoever responded on this website, either contact us URGENTLY or get a reliable person to contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE? ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS!
Again, I would much rather refer people to CHUBB than to ADT - their service is of the POOREST QUALITY and their technical staff just cannot keep any appointments and ADT's promises are EMPTY promises!
