Frank vested my home in the beginning of February 2013, representing Chubb. He sold us the security system with the following, a free alarm and installation, 2 month free and the payments due at the end of April 2013, free cancellation within the two months and a monthly premium R336.30. An annual radio fee of R216.60 but none of what he mentioned were written in the contract. I contacted Chubb's management immediately but no one wants to take ownership. I was referred to Desmond contact number 028 385 2692, who promised to speak to their accounts department but to date I still disagree with the amount they attempt to debit from my brothers account yet we told Frank the payment methods cash. My brother's is unemployed, his accounts close and he is not in a position pay, that the monthly premiums and this where I come in. We need the security system but I am upset about the fact that it was sold to us with the wrong motives.
