I have had continuos issues since signing with Sniper Security.
My alarm has gone off a few times and sniper Security has takin 20 minutes to 30 minutes to let me know it went off and have taken up to 2 hours to let me know everything is fine.
They have refuced to check and secure the back of my house and that is where the break ins would happen from if there were any.
I have been trying to call them to try and figure out what else we can do to secure that back but no one has gotton back to me>
I feel that they just wanted me to sign the contact and take my savings and not deliver.
i need help with this situation
