Before I wrote this report I was surprised to see how many other customers were disgruntled with the poor service that was offered..all with feedback/bad attitude /telephone calls complaints.

I have the same issue... last year sept the Chubb technical person replaced the radio box I had for 10 years without any issues and after 1 year of installation the new box the battery needed replacement. I callled the technical dept to enquire why we receiving at least 10 automated messages at night they said the battery was low and needed replacing... I enquired how was this possible since they had installed it last year only... the feedback was "I DONT KNOW" ..this was the technical person response from Linda... and "we dont guarantee the battery on on our system"

This is just another demonstration of having the incorrect and imcompetent person in roles that eventually cause clients to change the service providers. I have been with Chubb now for 12 years... soon to change
