Failure to call back after 5 phone calls

I called Matrix 5 times in two days about a technical problem and not one technician phoned me back. I finally got hold of Prashanth Kewalpershad and he was extremely calm, professional and helpful. He resolved the problem in a few minutes. If it wasn't for Prashanth, I would have cancelled my contract with Matrix. Matrix are very lucky to have you.
