Absolutely ridiculous provider - of what though am not sure! Don't provide service, just frustration. They are the best examples of how NOT to run your business! System not working over a year since a power failure- service dept informs that a call out fee charged to send technician! what the? but funny enough twice we had someone leave a note saying the alarm went off and the house was not alarmed as the system does not work!! sent a cancellation 12 Sept - response to enquire reason for cancellation without a response from them - no surprise here! queried the debit order today and only informed today one month cancellation - he could not even inform me then! no surprise! you are all useless! will a find a provider who actually provides a security service and not consistent suffering. GET A LIFE
