I have an account with Chubb and have cancelled, i was never told that the cancellation was to be in writing, my system was off for a month with no assistance from chubb, but my bank was debited, i never had any debits for the past 2 months after requesting cancellation, and today my bank account got charged again with R631.00 by them. my system has not been in use even before i asked them to cancel. i was told that they will not refund me.
