Request to Cancel - Please Action

I have sent through my cancellation letter to the accounts department and I have requested that SOMEBODY confirms receipt of cancellation. I have since tried phoning and I've been holding on the phone for more than 10 mins before giving up.

PLEASE GET SOMEONE FROM YOUR DEPARTMENT TO PHONE ME BACK REGARDING MY REQUEST TO CANCEL YOUR (NON) SERVICE AND COLLECT YOU RADIO TRANSMITTER.
