We had a new switch board installed 11months ago now they just come along and chop and change every setting on the PABX and accuse us of tampering of it. The Golden number is out of order and the man 3000 does not work or all the voice mail boxes they are not functioning at all since January 2013 we had a problem with our cordless phones that took 12 weeks to sort this issue out and they do not seem to care they just seem to blame the employees of our company and not themselves. They installed the unit not us they must fix there up not us and we are refusing to pay all the call out charges until everything is resolved.
