Since July we asked Car Track to do one particular report which they admitted to they could do and would have to us by close of end on that day, well that never happened. For months now the service to say the least is VERY poor and we hardly get a reply via phone calls and or e mails. We have now decided to close our account but to get any answers from Tessa is very, very hard. We seem to be ignored for some reason and just want to close our account and settle the outstanding amount. We are asking that you can please assist us in this matter. Thanking You and Kind Regards
