NO RESPOND WHEN A CUSTOMER COMPLAINS

I made a complain about my device as it was giving wrong signal sms's when we were sleeping, on the 20th August they sended a technitian to install a new device, after that I noticed that my car was making a funny noice from the padels & stearing wheelalways when im driving & IT STILL DOES, I then sended an e-mail on the 28th August & got no responce. On the 3rd of September I made a follow-up, on the 4th they requested my REG NU.& NETSTAR ACCOUNT even thou they were included on the e-mail I sended, on the 6th one of their consaltants requested me to AA AUTOSOUND, Im wondering why must I do that cause as far as im consent I have a contract with Netstar and the guy who installed the device was from Netstar if they are partnaring with AA AUTOSOUNT they are the ones who must call the not me. They must just know should any damage occure on my vehicle they will be liable for the repair costs of my vehicle, cause ever since then till to date they are just quiet & when you call their customer care line is always busy you cant get throu. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT?
