What to say about ADT!!??
I just experience the worst Customer Service and Billing/Account management ever in my entire life!
I have been calling and submitting tickets for 2 weeks now to let them know about the situation and I still have not heard anything about whether or not my problem has been dealt with.
I received an invoice for tech support and which has been paid for 2 days later. Payment confirmation has been sent. A month later, i receive an invoice for the unpaid service! I talked to billing and sent twice the payment confirmation again as well as the invoice they sent me. No response whatsoever!!
and the worst is that I join 1 month ago and i think I made a HUGE mistake by going for ADT and not on of their competitor c...
