Worst service ever!!!

I have never come across such poor service!!!
We never received an invoice for a whole year, not by post or electronically, and after a year we receive an account that we owe more than R3000-00!!!
I phoned on different occasions to request a debit order and promises were made but never kept!!!
We then requested that the contract also be cancelled and still never heard back!!!
A few days ago we received another invoice stating we owe more than R4000-00!!!
This is the worst customer service I have ever come across!!!
i have made phonecalls and sent emails with no response, so obviously you dont want to get paid!!!
This is really unacceptable!!!
We receive an invoice every four months and still aour account has not been cancelled after how many phone calls and emails!!!
If this does not get sorted out asap further steps will be taken!!!
