This is my 3rd complaint about ADT security company. I have indicated that it's been more that three months since I requested ADT to refund me premiums they debited me after two months of cancelling the contract. To date I haven't received my refund! last week someone called me after my complaint on hellopeter assuring me that the paper work has been done for the refund. Question is how many times have I been told this story? How much longer must I wait before I receive the refund. I asked the gentleman to put his "assurance" in writing its a week later I still haven't received it! I wanna tell the whole world never to do business with ADT, their service just stinks! It really stinksI will never recommend ADT to anyone! What is the problem! Why does it take so loooooong to process a simple refund! I really don't understand!
