I've been trying since the 13th to resolve a simple invoice error with AVIS. After numerous calls and emails I have decided to log a complaint on hellopeter. It has now been a week and all I have received is a 'default' response on hellopeter and emails with still no results.
No one has even bothered to pick up a phone and apologize for the pathetic service.
I see no reason in doing any further business with AVIS. According to my wife (travel agent) the terrible after sale service is a common complaint.
