Dear Eve,
We spoke two weeks ago and you gave me assurances my issues would be resolved, however it is with great concern and disappointment that I write this email.

ADT were contracted and paid for an installation service in late June 2013. The requirement was straightforward:
Reactivate the alarm and response service and ensure that the installation is in full working order
Extend the sensor zones to incorporate 2 additional rooms
Install keypad access on the driveway gate to enable response access.
Today, not one of these tasks has been achieved satisfactorily.
3 weeks ago, a subsequent technician discovered that the house had not been fitted with a radio.
After the tests, 3 weeks ago, the alarm randomly sounded for no reason, whilst unarmed.
Some panic buttons still do not work.
When the alarm sounds it does not communicate ADT in the correct manner/message.
When the external doors are opened with the alarm set, the siren does not sound
The external keypad has still not been installed.
The additional sensors have not been installed.
I received an SMS from Steve (Sales) to advise that he had sent a quotation for the new indoor keypad, but no email was received. There has been
