SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have emailed ADT THREE times over 2 weeks now, requesting that ADT Umhlanga contact me, as a new customer. I emailed 'alwaysthere' address and each time got a response promising me that someone would phone me??? I am STILL waiting!!!
