After cancelation still running debit orde

I have cancelled the service on 14/8/2013 on 28/8/2013 I received an email that the monthly payment will be deducted from my account on the 1st of September 2013, I sent an email back regarding the cancelation. I was informed that I have to give 20 business days notice, nobody told me anything about 20 business days notice, to date I still have not received any paperwork from Tracetec, I also asked for proof where it was given or told to me to date I have not received anything. I was told that the billing was already done on the 28th August 2013 and I will have to pay for September although I cancelled on 14 August 2013 well before the billing was done. My subscription is R89 per month but I see that a debit order for R222.50 was deducted from my account on 3/9/2013. Further the questions on the cancelation form that was sent to me on 28/9/2013 is an invasion of my privacy and I will not fill it in.
