This is my 2nd complaint!!!
I have spoken to Sonika a week ago about the poor service after complaining for a few weeks already and was assured from her that the matter will be sorted out and she will get back to me.
On Monday the 22nd of January 2013 I send her a email again requesting feedback on the complaint at hand, in the email she replied "I am just waiting for feedback from our Client Liaison Manager with the amount of months we can offer for free" the way I feel and the continuing lack of appropriate service that is I got from Chubb as from 18th December 2012 when I singed a contract with them I at least should get 6 months for free as they still not getting back to me.
Maybe I should take this to the news papers or Carte Blanch to make sure no other client has to go trough the bad service that im going through.
