I called Chubb last week to inform them my business has to close as I can no longer afford the rental. I was told to email Warren, which I did and received an automatic response. After two days I asked him to confirm that he would pick up the system by the end of the week to which Candice responded that I cannot cancel as I have signed a three year contract and one option is to pay a cancellation fee "determinable by management".
When I responded asking what this fee is I got no response. It has now been another two days, she has not answered her emails or calls and I have sent a another follow up emails.
I have not used your services once in the two years that I have been apart of your company but this makes me thankful that I haven't needed to. This is a service related company with an absolute lack of service delivery.
I want a response so that I can continue to plan my move.
