We had installed a pedestrian gate padlock from ADT in 2012 and paid the person who installed it cash. We then received notifications that the amount (R170) was outstanding and we had to contact the legal department. After numerous letters and communication and lots of frustration, I finally got to speak to someone in the accounts department, Shaina Lambert. What an absolute star! I admit I was beyond angry and she calmed me down and assured me that she would resolve the matter and she did exactly that. I did not need to follow up with her, she continuously reported back to me to let me know at what stage the query was. I then received a call from her to advise that the matter was resolved and that I would receive written confirmation to the fact. She even followed up to ensure that I received the confirmation. Thank you very much Shaina, your dedication and professionalism is truly a gift which I hope your employers are valuing! Please extend my thanks to your supervisor Oron Bushbew as well.
