During December of 2012 I applied for a chargeback after paying for a service and not receiving the service paid for. My initial frustration started with the fact that I sent plenty of mails seeking confirmation that the dispute had been received. Apart from the automated response I have yet to receive any form of communication.
Eventually I have received a charge back amount. This however covered the admin fee for the change of flights but does not cover the cost of tickets (bought on the 9 Feb) As explained in previous mails my mother could not fly due to suffering a blood clot after an operation. Thus due to medical orders the flights were changed to 22 Dec 2012.
About 4 weeks ago my card was credited with the outstanding amount. On Friday however I was once more charged for the amount. I of course queried this and have yet to receive a response.
As a prestige banker I feel that I am been treated with no prestige whatsoever.
I hope that this matter will be resolved efficiently.
