BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

So disappointed in cartrack as i had so much faith in them. their call center consultants have little to no knowledge of what their talking about. i called in to find out more about the add value services that they offer but no one could assist me as no one knew what i was talking about. " THE INFO IS ON YOUR SITE BUT YOU DONT KNOW OF IT??? had to be transferred 5 times to different divisions AND PUT ON HOLD FOR MORE THEN 5MIN IN BETWEEN just for someone to explain a product that's on your your own website and still after that didnt get the proper FEEDBACK. for me this is unacceptable and it just makes me wonder what will happen when i call in to report an incident on my car... Bottom line is that CALL CENTER STAFF NEED TO ATTEND PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE SESSIONS BEFORE BEEN PLACED ON THE PHONES. really think i should have gone with tracker as they are more organised...
