Again, I was a fool to go back to Matrix to fit an MX2 in my second car. Reasons:-

1. First and Second car the sales people tell me I have roadside assistance. Once my sales rep read the booklet it said no roadside assistance. I phoned them, they will investigate and get back to me. I have not hear anything.

2. I had my MX2 fitted yesterday, 24 hours later I want to see the tracking on the website. No car, I phone and ask why I can't see the car, the guy that helped me could pick anything up via my id, car registration or cell phone number. I have to give him the code in the book to find my second car, the booklet is in the car and far away. How can they not find my second car anywhere???

3. I am still waiting feedback on how to export the info to excel and how to play the complete days travel tracking of my first car. I still do not have an answer.

4. I sent my filled in and signed contract to Gina on Friday. Fitment was scheduled for Saturday all I must take is my ID, so I did. I get there they refuse to fit the MX2, because I didn't bring the contract with. Gina told them to make sure they get the contract from me. Wasting my time, I had to reschedule for yesterday.
