I've now had enough with ADT. I am charged nearly R500 a month for a security service which I have had for more than 7 years and have never defaulted with a payment, but when something goes wrong with equipment I RENT from them, they have the audacity to want to charge me if a technician needs to be sent out immediately or I must wait more than 2 days until there is a gap in their schedule? In the meantime, I must be unarmed and my home at risk because of a battery to their equipment that keeps on going flat? How the does this work? ADT please remove your equipment from my home TODAY and allow me to find another service provider! Try dealing with the attitude of the ADT call centre agents... NO MORE, I've had enough!!!
