Prime PC Security installed a CCTV system at my premises. The DVR failed during the warranty period. They sent technicians out to find out what the problem was but they could not find anything wrong with the peripheral equipment, so they deducted that the DVR failed due to a power surge. None of the other electronic equipment installed on my premises has failed, which rules out any power surge, yet they use this excuse to renege on their warranty commitments.
