Iam fuming, I have never, ever had a Debt Collector being rude to me. A VVM collector called me on the 17th October regarding my debit order that didn't go through. I tried to explain to him that I had money on my account on the 25th, and I can even send my Bank statement as proof, He did understood and we made necessary updates and arrangements, that was out of the way.. And then today 10/18/2013 at 1:38 or so a lady calls me from VVM regarding the same matter, I try to explain to her that someone else has already called me regarding the same issue, even told her that Im at work I can't have VVM calling when never as Iam a Receptionist, she starts loosing it, screaming at me ..the lady totally lost it. I want this woman to be dealt with and she must never call me again or else Im going to stop paying VVM . Iam angry!!!
